I am so touched by your note. Can we do more so that people do not need to suffer in silence? I understand this well because I am one who silenced pain too.

I really appreciate you opening your heart here. I believe we can do more, little by little, so fewer people have to carry their struggles in silence.

If you ever want to talk more, or if you’re curious about the work Heartful Family is doing, I’m always happy to connect! ☺️

Not at all.

One day I decide that I shouldn’t keep quiet any more so I become more vocal and bolder.

I rather live in isolation than being suppressed. My experience with the Japanese touched me in smallest and significant ways; in my work and my visit there.

I read lots of books on Japanese philosophy and had enthusiastic, caring Japanese teachers.

I understand why people could be blowing hot and cold quickly but the least from Japanese.

In the age of AI and social media, we should learn to read minds to help others.

It’s hard to fight the undesirable content that makes feel unworthy and unloved. But I am doing all in can in my life.

In the end, love is all that matters.

I would love to volunteer! Where can I find the sign-up information?

Also, thank you so much for addressing the silent struggle AND unmatched resilience of single mothers in Japan. ❤️

I do like that expression of yours, Miki, "The small, everyday choices that reflect optimism..."

That resonates this week as I got a lovely note, "Thank you for teaching us on how to use optimism in our everyday lives."

That's a beautiful message I got this morning from the organiser of one of my Optimism: The Why and How Sessions.

I work for a NGO, a community project under ROTARY supporting Dialysis Patients. Next year will be our 30th year.
